Where Do I Begin?

Initially, the process of embarking on your spiritual journey of recovery may appear daunting, particularly when it comes to identifying the most effective resources, such as books and pamphlets. While friends and therapists might suggest literature on “codependency,” it is important to note that, although many of these resources can be beneficial, not all texts on the topic are endorsed by Co-Dependent Anonymous.

Here are several recommendations that I have  used in my recovery, for you  to consider in your journey to building better relationships and a happier life, an amazing life you never thought possible: As well as those recommended by CoDA support group members.
